Guests who use CoatCheck keep both products in one place. Staff still run the night from the admin side of the same app.
Coat tickets and event tickets
The same CoatCheck app holds the cloakroom ticket and the pass for the night.
A code staff can scan
Guests show their QR at the counter or the door. Staff do not have to type a number.
Optional for coat check
No app at the cloakroom still works. SMS goes out, and pickup does not change.
One app
Coat ticket
A guest shows their code so staff do not type a phone number. The coat ticket stays in the app for pickup. Without the app, SMS still delivers the ticket.
Event pass
The ticket for the night, or the RSVP pass, lives in the same CoatCheck app. One place for what they are holding.
Staff stay in this app. The admin tools for the counter and the door are the other side of CoatCheck. Guests do not see those screens.
