Search the night
Name, phone, tag, or time. Rescue lookup is built for a dead battery and a lost phone.
Match the photo
If staff took a picture at check-in, the item is on the record — not a guess on the rack.
Resolve at the counter
Confirm who they are, return the coat, close the ticket. No emptying hangers.
Two ways back
Search the phone number. Type the number the ticket was opened with. The match comes back with the tag, the time, and the photo if one was taken.
Or open the list. Tickets still out are on the night's list. Staff can scan names, tags, and times when the guest does not have a number to give.
Then close it. Confirm who they are, hand over the coat, and close the ticket at the counter. The rack does not get emptied to find one item.
